Kevin P. O’Malley has been practicing law since 1979, beginning his career as an attorney for the Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office and rising to the position of General Counsel for the State Treasurer. In 1982 he joined the staff of the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases. In 1986 he began his own law firm, adding real estate law and estate planning services. In 1989 he began handling family law matters, such as divorce and adoption.

Danielle C. Harris-Baker joined in 2003, bringing with her a firm understanding the financial and tax ramifications of wills and trusts and divorce.

Both Danielle and Kevin are members of the Middlesex Probate and Family Court Lawyer of the Day Program, volunteering in the community to provide free advice two days a year to people who meet income requirements. Kevin P. O’Malley is also involved in the community as secretary for The Lenny Zakim Fund, and through service on the Somerville Mayor’s Police Advisory Commission and as Chairman of the Somerville Human Rights Commission.
